Outlook 2010 - Business Contact Manager - not recognizing the contacts
I got a new computer so transferred my Microsoft Office files to it. BCM is working, mostly ... however it's not recognizing the BCM contact list in the search address book of Outlook ... or when I right click the name and "Look Up Contact" feature ... only points to the Contact list from Outlook ... not BCM anymore.
Previously, these worked, but since the switch, they don't.
And under the BCM Options ... under the Business contact synchronization - it says "Business contacts are not being synchronized with your Outlook contacts".
When I goto sync them it says: "Another Outlook profile is setup to sychnronize Business Contacts with this account. This may result in duplicate records."
I'm guessing these 2 issues are related?
