I have an emachineW6409. I have hooked up my panasonic TV. No Signal. I was told by Panasonic to change the resolution on my emachine to640/480 to get a picture however It wont change to that setting. what do I do.

are you using OS starter? if this is the case it is not possible to change your display settings, its a limitation of starter edition unfortunately.
