I just got a computer off someone and I am having trouble viewing any kind of youtube video or anything like that. I believe I have Windows Vista or better but still after I install quicktime and go to it and click run it still does not work. every time I go to a web page that would require it, it tells me that I need to install it but i have alredy. what should I do?
