Microsoft Publisher Dilemma:

Subj: HELP!!

I'm using Microsoft Publisher 2007 on a Vista x 86 platform. To sum up my unique publishing needs, I am trying to print out a small booklet with the dimensions 2.2x1.6inches (HeightxWidth) for nefarious purposes.
I completed the Page Setup. bayimg - image: SS1.jpg - free uncensored image hosting
I’m trying to complete this printing task on an A4-size paper and with the comparitively small size of a single page, approximately 40 mini-pages can be included in a single A4 page. So I typed out a TEST .pub file with 40 pages and accordingly created a test box in each of these pages with the text content being the page number typed out repetitively.bayimg - image: SS2.jpg - free uncensored image hosting

Ran the Design Checker. bayimg - image: SS3.jpg - free uncensored image hosting

Now comes the ******* messed up part:- The Print Preview:bayimg - image: SS5.jpg - free uncensored image hosting
Only the First page with the text 1111 and the last page with the text 40 40 40 are being printed. I tried the two sided printing option.bayimg - image: SS6.jpg - free uncensored image hosting
And the second page when output to a pdf:bayimg - image: SS7.jpg - free uncensored image hosting

How can I get the printed page to read as:-
Side 1: bayimg - image: Side1.jpg - free uncensored image hosting
Side 2: bayimg - image: Side2.jpg - free uncensored image hosting

The publisher page layout is bayimg - image: SS5.jpg - free uncensored image hosting
and instead of that, I need the layout to be bayimg - image: Side1.jpg - free uncensored image hosting
As you can see, just the Page 40|Page 1 on the Top-left hand side of the publisher page layout is correct. And instead of showing Page 38|Page 3 on the top right hand side,
the Page 40|Page 1 is repeated over and over till the entire page is covered.

I need to rectify that repetition and proceed with the printing of the other pages in the order: bayimg - image: Side1.jpg - free uncensored image hosting
as only then can I make the booklet and I need only 1 copy.

The final result of the booklet would look something like:bayimg - image: Photo0105.jpg - free uncensored image hosting (Page 1)

I’m an uber-n00b with this guys. Any help would be greatly, hugely and dearly appreciated! Thanks for reading.
