Hi, can anyone help?

My Inbox in microsoft office outlook 2003 shows a bolt 2 beside it, indicating I have 2 unread messages, however there are no unread messages, can anyone help me with this annoying display.

Note - This was showing 5 unread about 10 days ago, I had a problem which DAL has helped resolve (infected computer) my machine was declared clean this morning. During the clean up the 5 dropped to 2 and there were 3 emails that I had received on my iphone but not on my computer.

I'm confident (I may be wrong) that its not malicious, but its not right.

Fingers crossed some one has the answer.

Hi, update!

Just read another thread and tried turning of my Norton e_mail / message scanning and the 2 missing emails arrived.

Hope this helps someone else.
