I have a pdf file which the E-mail recipient can't open. She needs to receive it as a Word file. How can I do this, either with my existing system(Windows 7) and software or do I need to downoad - free, I hope - some conversion programs?

I goofed!. Ihave an efx file and I understand I first have to convert it to a pdf file, and then to a Word file.Can you help?

Updated: I was advised to download an OCR program, which I did. But I can't scan the efx file(I followed the OCR directions, but no cigar). Whast next?
