HELP REQUIRED.
Running windows server 2003 R2 (Newtwork)

Currently no emails are coming through for the 30 or so work force

Following error message when trying to start Antigen Statistcs Server (which appears to be where the problem is)
error 0x9009001d: Provider DLL failed to initialize correctly

Any suggestions as to how this is fixed and antigen and microsoft exchange get back up and running.
