can anyone suggest a programe that will resize and print a photo to the exact given size either metric or imperial. I have photo Base which allows me to resize but when I print the photo with my Epsom 300 it prints the photo much smaller that the given size.

If you purchased any HP equipment lately, most likely you should have gotten something in there that gives you roughly 25 free prints from snap fish. You can give them a try and find out if you like snap fish.
