My mother(now passed away) had a casio digital camera, she saved the photos to disks
also left them on her very old computer. I now have the disks but when I try to open them they fail as I do not have Q.V-Link ver 2.6.3E for windows on my laptop opereted by vista does someone know how to open these photos, or where I can purchase the software for these photos. I do not have camera so dont know the model. I dont want to loose the photos. but if her old computer stops working I will not be able to look at them

I am sorry about your Mum...

On her computer, are the pictures in her My Pictures folder in My Documents that should be on her desktop.

If they are, download and install Picasa....free. When you install and open it, her computer will automatically import all the pictures in her My Pictures Folder into Picasa. Watch in the lower right hand corner as this will happen before your eyes.
