I have a query. Sometime ago I installed e-staff office. Now my work is over and I want tor remove it. But I can't remove it my pc was hanged. I can't do format my pc because I have so may documents. Please give me some idea?

Well first of all try removing the software with Add/Remove. If that doesn't work, then the only way you can format the disk is to copy (backup) all your files and reinstall Windows, then restore your backed up files. But that is a fairly radical and probably unnecessary way of solving your problem.
But to be frank, I think you have posted in the wrong place, you should really start a new thread.
You need to start at the beginning, by choosing the operating system you are using eg XP, Vista, Windows 7. Once you have the appropriate OS, click on the "Ask New Question" button, which I think will be at the bottom of the page. Then you ask the question. In a (usually fairly short) time one of the moderators, or an experienced member will answer you post with another. That is called a thread, and they will guide you through the steps required to solve your problem.

Thanks for attending to that. I did advise josewowa907 by PM that I was not the best person to be asking and that he/she should start a new thread.
Now you are on the job, I assume you also told josewowa907 about the new thread, then the they are in good hands. I also assured josewowa907 that he/she had chosen the right place, how friendly everybody is etc, so I am sure the issue will get sorted by the right people.
