I have dvd video cd. in this , video files are in .vob format. i have to convert it into flv format. i m using Total Video Converter software for converting .vob format to flv format. the vob file is of 1GB.
problem is that , when i selected flv (high quality ), the output becomes 1.1 GB (larger than orignal).

and when i select flv low quality, output becomes half of the original but when i press convert button, it says .... there is no suitable output in flv format.

And i have to upload that video file on video sharing website. can you please suggest me what should i do ?

in my opinion, you should try another easy to use video converter, e.g. iFunia video converter. I have used it several times. You can do it with three steps. like this simple guide.
