I am trying to get up to speed on Outlook 2003. When I installed Outlook it automatically picked up my email addresses from Windows Mail. That was fine until I transferred all my contacts from Palm software (ACCESS). Then they became all mixed up.

When I write an email and then pick out the folks I want to sent to I get a huge list. I want to get just my email list, not all my contacts.

I have no manual, so I am in the dark. I am going to try and get one of those dummy books (Outlook 2003) at my library.

ideas will be appreciated.
