I have Microsoft Office 2002 installed. I use Micro. Outlook for my emails and am now having problems with outgoing emails staying in the outbox. I have been told that Microsoft no longer provide updates for this program and I will have to buy the 2007 version. Is this correct?

They may have stopped providing updates, but if you are having problems with yourmail, buying the new one would be a bit over the top. I guess there is some other issue with your computer settings.

Does the problem persist immediately when you close Outlook and restart it?
