The tool bar where the date and time and start up for Internet explorer and other programs which were located at the bottom of my screen has changed its location and is now on the right hand side of the screen, which makes everything I'm trying to view smaller. How can I return it to the bottom of the screen??

Hi jack,

Please Drag the tool bar to the bottom.. Tool bar will come down automatically..

After coming to its position.... please right click with mouse, click Lock the taskbar.

It will not move from its position.
