Im a bit of a retard when it comes to computers, so this might be an odd questions.

I downloaded a movie, it cam in WinRAR format and when i extracted it there were only the VLC movie file left and a folder where there was a file called "anchorman.subs-deity.sfv" left and a Winrar file with the previous .sfv file.

And my computer doesnt know how to open .sfv...

Any help would be greatly appreciated
