Since I installed the new version of AVG all my incoming mail shows there is an attachment even when there is not one. Can anyone tell me please how to rectify this situation?

Hey buddy my suggestion is to ditch AVG.
It's not so good
instead use Avast

Thanks for suggestion. I have used AVG for quire some time without any problem and therefore reluctant to change.

I can understand, but Avast is quite a bit better.. AVG used to give me update problems as well so I had switched to Avast. Avast may not be the best but protects a whole lot better..
