Can you suggest a programme that enables me to change the sound level of a music file. I find the automatic sound leveller in windows media player doesnt quite equal out the sound levels of different tracks adequately. Also, I have video files where the sound is a few seconds out of synch with the image, how can this be readjusted? Cheers

FL Studio will help you adjust sound levels for different songs. But with the videos you might need:
To get a quicker monitor - refresh rate
Try a better set of speakers or earphones to see if it makes a difference
Not use torrent files - sometimes there are bad uploaders of torrents
