I was previously using version 8.0 and it kept intermittently disconnecting and reconnecting.

Also, when I clicked on Help and then Help Topics, I received the "encountered problem and must close" message.

I've now installed version 8.1 under guidance from a Microsoft advisor. The disconnecting appears to have stopped but not the closing problem.

Anyone experiencing the same issues and any ideas as to their cause?

I've noticed many users with same problems on various forums here and in the U.S.
