Well I have Adobe Photo Delux, I used it all the time to scan and fix old pictures, all of a sudden it wont open.So now I cant use my scanner to put pictures on ebay to sell. I emailed Adobe but they would not help because my computeris 6yrs old. Can any of you help me? This is just one problem. But I thank you, before I give you any more. GrannieM

What exactly happens when you try to open it?

Are you using a short cut on your desktop?

Have you tried opening from All Programs and or C: Program Files?

Do you have the program CD?

Also if this is a new problem you can try a System Restore as seen here:

I try to open it from my desk top, but I also went into my My Software Programs, it would not open from there either. I used it a lot, to fix old pictures. I can use all the suggestions you all can give. THANKS

Try clicking C: under My Computer then double click Program Files then Adobe Photo Delux

Within that file you should see a file with the extension .EXE

Double click that.

If you have any access denied issues trying the above then go to start > Control Panel > Folder Options > View

Under Advanced settings check the box that says "Show hidden files and folders"

Also do you have the original installation CD for Adobe Photo Delux?

Grannie here, I tried everything you all told me, but I still cant open it. No I dont have the disk it came on my computer when I bought it. All help appreciated. Thank you.

Did the computer not come with an Application and Drivers CD?
