I started my computer this morning and received a message saying the computer will revertt o default user. ( I cant remember the exact message). Anyway everything is runngin fine except all my email folders are now missing. I still have my email addresses however. Does anyone know what this is all about?? I am running windows XP.

Try a System Restore to a point prior to the problem:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System tools > System Restore

If that doesn't help there are programs that retrieve .dbx files (Outlook Express) if the files still exist:
