have windows XP pro - all printers disapeared and cannot add a new printer. when clicking "Add Printer". Message says - "Operation could not be completed". Also when trying to install with the printers CD message says - "setup has determined that Spooler Service has stopped etc." The drivers for the printers still seemed to be installed. What happened???
