I am using ProComm Plus to emulate a VT100 terminal and have to remap some of the keys...I have been able to remap the F Keys which have sequences of ESC plus a number...

My problem is that I cannot find, no matter where I have looked, how to remap the Page Up, Page Down and Insert keys to do their particular functions...In the default setup there are not key sequences for these keys... ](*,)

Can anyone give me a lead on how or where I can find these key sequences?

I will be eternally grateful for any and all assistance...
