Opera 9 TP2 out (for the brave)

    * This is a preview version of Opera. Use only on properly backed up computers and do not install over previous Opera versions.
    * Users may experience problems synchronizing mail with IMAP accounts. If this occurs, open the account settings and press OK to reset the connection. Then check your mail again.

I'm glad you brought this up, Vidster. I have had Opera 8.5 and 9 installed for the last few months in separate directories. The one thing I did not do was "make sure that on install, 'individual opera profiles' is *unticked* to stop confusion..." As the second post indicates. http://my.opera.com/community/forums....dml?id=120161

Opera 9 is pretty nice, so I think I will get rid of 8.5 and do a fresh install of 9.

Guess what Orphelia? I just un- installed Opera 9 beta and went back to 8.5. I was having a problem with it lagging...a refresh problem maybe? If you should try it out, let me know how it runs for you! Or maybe you are not in the "experimental" mood after your experience with IE 7. :idunno:
