Okay, I downloaded it...mandatory reboot

I liked it, flatly. No Fx, but it's a huge step up from IE. They just need to get compliance fixed!

For all those that triumph Firefox over IE, I say now that all I use is IE and have never had any problems...as long as you have a firewall properly configured, IE properly configured, an anti-virus properly configured and keep yourself aware of new exploits, IE works just fine, plus I dont have to concern myself with pages not displaying properly, etc. Firefox has its benefits sure, but secure it is not. it can be exploited, tho not as readily as IE, however, as I said, IF IE is properly configured, etc, then it is no problem.

I second your above statement!! I am also loving IE 7. RSS feeds are great......cannot find a flaw as yet, and the redraw rate? Firefox would only dream of it..........:armed: ok...I am ready for the Ffx lovers....lol****:rofl2:

    I.E ..7 is brilliant..... !!!

Well i had to find out what you guys were raving on about so i've installed it

    First impressions:

    Good: Nice look
    Tabs

Bad: SLOW I don't know how you guys have Firfox set up but this is no where near as fast).
Will not open links properly on this forum I can only view the 1st page in any thread. When i click to view a new page it just refreshes the page i'm currently on :?
Does not mark forums as read like it's supposed to
Refuses to aknowledge that there are new posts in a thread
Clicking any of the links at the bottom of the main index leaves me with an 'Invalid Forum Specified' message
I would like to try it for a while longer but there's no point if i can't even look through the forum.

Nice try M$ but once again i feel slightly let down.
