Error in Outlook Express

    Error in Outlook Express

    Well, howdy everybody. It seems I finally got around to registering.

    A customer of mine is having some problems with sending e-mail in Outlook Express.

    She is able to reply to e-mails just fine, but when she creates a new e-mail, she receives the following error:

    You do not have any accounts for configuring email. Please verify your accounts configuration.
    I have never seen this error before (partly because I don't use Outlook Express). I tried a quick Google search, but that didn't result in anything useful.

    Has anybody seen this error before? Does anybody know what is causing it, and what a resolution may be?

    Reading over that error, it sounds like she doesn't have any accounts setup in OE. Is it possible to receive and reply to e-mail, using an account that isn't physically setup in OE?

    go to accounts and make sure the sending smtp mail server matched the recieving one
