    Smilie Maker is a small piece of FREE software that lets the user create custom Smilies with ease. These then can be used on most message boards/Forums, tag & shoutboxes, guestbooks & Instant Messaging software.
    By using predefined body colours, eyes & mouths you can create your own personal smilie. The current version (version 3) has:
    18 Different Body Colors & Patterns
    87 Different types of eyes
    70 Different types of Mouths
    102 Different Accessories
    making a grand total of 11,181,240 Different Smilie combinations

    Ok Blizey, Here is the first one I make.

    I did use photoshop to a s transparency to him.

    There is alot more that you can do with it.

    There is all kinds of hats, mouths, eyes, and signs you can choose from.

    :mrgreen: Darn, you beat me to it! I was messing around with it then I gave up, because I could not make it transparent. I don't believe you can set the transparency in Paint like they said.

    If you use a good program that would change it into a .gif file. One that will leave the background a solid color, you can upload them here.....

    Then go into the edit menu and add a transparency. It is real easy to use.

    No problem! I use it alot! It is easier to set transparencies with then any program I have. Especially when it comes to animations.
