I'v just uninstalled microsoft antispyware, I have Ad-Aware SE and Ad-Watch installed and found that my Ad-Watch was not appearing when installing programes to alert me to a change in my registry and whether I wanted to allow it to procede. I'm wondering if microsoft antispyware had taken over and was not giveing me alerts. Has anyone else come across this or can throw some light on the subject. I await your comments and feedback.

I personally don't use it. Never wanted to. Reasons like this . But Jazz and Blizey use it as far as I know, and Vidster also uninstalled it just like you. They should be able to help you more then I can
