My subscription to Norton is running out soon. I wonder if I should try the MS beta version. Can't hurt, right?
YA I WONDERING IF I SHOULD TRY ALSO DUE TO MY NORTON'S EXPIRY SOON TOO !!!?????Originally Posted by Blizey
Yeah, If we don't like it...We just delete it, no problem. (I hope LOL!) I have about three weeks left. How about you?
My only concern is with the amount of time it normally takes Microsoft to issue updates and patches. There are 30-50 new viruses released every month now. I can't see Microsoft releasing updates every day of the year. My AVG receives updates almost every day now and there seems to be updates for my anti spyware programs every day too.
I just connected to Microsoft update tonight for the first time in over 6 months. There were only 15 updates?.
I love AVG. I have a Norton CD right by me, I never use it. Find it to be much of a system-hog. I use AVG and Freedom, I love Freedom![]()
I HAVE UNTIL NOVEMBER SO I GUESS MAYBE I SHOULD WAIT TO SEE HOW IT TURNS OUT FIRST RIGHT! LIKE VIDSTER SAID YOU NEVER WITH MICROSOFT.Originally Posted by Blizey
I got the full Norton works with my laptop. My first job after starting her up for the first time was uninstalling Norton!. I spend too much time trying to help people that are having problems with Norton, to make it a problem for myselfOriginally Posted by Tyler
