When I paste an image from clipboard or "insert picture", image will be automatically blur. When I print to paper, image still blur... forever! Please help me how to disabled this feature of Word 2000??

Sounds like the image is rather large and Word has to resize / scale the image to fit it onto a page. When it resizes it, you will lose some of the quality and it may appear blurred.

There's nothing that you can do about it in Word. You could, however, edit the image with MS Photo Editor or Paint Shop Pro etc to make it smaller before you insert it into the document.
