Yes I tried the 2007 converter, still nothing. I've restarted my computer cause its been on a while but still nothing mate

Okay the converter was installed I think because its not asking for it anymore, but the symbols are still appearing.. =/

I've tried to search it but only old, basic versions of the finished piece are coming up. I was saving it on my usb, does that matter or does it save to the computer too?
