I made a movie and edited it on Windows movie maker...now how do i burn it to a disk? I have a burner and the discs.. please help

Just like you used MM to compress resize it down to a size that will fit on a disk you can also resize it down down to a format that will fit in an email however that will be small and low quality. I've never know winrar to compress videos very well. Below is a screen shot of your options. If you've already saved the movie then you've probably already seen this.
