okay so i recently got the film fast and the furious whenever i tried to open it in fact not to open just to select the file or even right clicks it says " windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close" and then it closes my computer and of course followed by the real player or any other media player i use i tried the film at my friends computer and it worked fine and also another note i run other movies and songs normaly my friend's laptop used to have the same problem and he thought that it was something in the windows defender but that in vista i got xp so despert help PL0x

okay guys now i know whats the problem when i downloaded codecinstaller and ran it and analayzed the file it said that only the audio codecs seems to be installed so now the question is how and which video codecs that are missing i should install?
