    Converting Music to 8bit?

Ive been looking for something that converts music files to 8 bit. -Something Old SNES uses-

Not very sure about this stuff... But yeah 16 bit would even be fine

Sometimes, you need to just play little bit around to find the ways...

I was playing with the switch sound file converter you gave me, then i pressed something and it installed something on my computer, so i was like lolwut?
I opened it and I was surprised. Its exactly what i needed. The thing is called WavePad. But theres only 1 problem. Everytime i try to import The DLL file to make the music sound like old nintendo music "Magical 8bit plug" Wavepad Closes.

I gotta go Ill get back to you.
