Hello - I am most probably asking this question in the wrong place but I don't know which thread to ask it on so apologies in advance.
Please could someone tell me where I can find - if there is such a thing - a wheel template. By that I mean a circle within a circle within a circle etc etc etc. I want to add information to the different sections of the wheel - I want it to make a family tree. I couldn't find anything on the Microsoft site and understand now that their chat rooms have closed down anyway. Can anybody help me or at least point me in the right direction?
Many thanks

What program are you using to do this?
-
Well I tried Word and Powerpoint and Publisher if that is what you mean by a programme - I don't have any special family history programme - I just want to fill in my wheel myself. Is this possible?
-
Yes I meant the program as you describe.
In other words you have Office installed I presume.
The point is we need to find a template that will work with a specific program such as Word or Powerpoint or Publisher or Excel.
This gives us a place to start a search from.
We will return any results we find as soon as possible.

You will see some options here:

Hi jephree - thank you very much for replying and for the two links - I haven't found what I am looking for yet so will check back with you tomorrow. Many thanks.

I found this example of a neat application but it would require a custom java write.
Click to start it then just click about and see all the detail.
Again this was a custom Java program.

If I find anything else I will post back.

Dear Jephree - I hate to show my ignorance but I have no idea how to do "a custom java write". Anyway I will look at that link and hope I can follow it. Is there anyway I could draw my diagram, scan it in and then use it as a template or just fill it in using Powerpoint or Word - or am I just dreaming?
Thank you again

I just ran across that link above and thought it was a great application for relationships; family trees; etc.
I don't know how to write Java either.
I am sure the writer of that software was paid quite well. It is not something that can be done without knowing the Java language.
I hope you saw it anyway.
Here is another Google search and I will keep looking:
