It's only WMP that won't play DVD's properly, all the others play perfectly.

It's not really a big problem as I have the other software to play DVD's on, I was really just interested to know what was the error with WMP.

You can always try reinstalling WMP 11 on top of itself.

Or go back to WMP 10 and then perhaps move to WMP 11 again.

Also do you have all critical windows updates?

Yeah I gave that a go but no luck.

Yep I always make sure I'm updated.

I'll have a play around with it and see if I can figure something.
