The folder is set to Read-Only, I uncheck it, and delete and get the above error. When I check the properties of the folder again, it is set to Read-Only again..

If it is a shared file perhaps it is best to leave it alone.

Or you could manually close all other running programs.

You could also try and reinstall Office and uninstall again.
