Howdy!

I have Microsoft Office 2007 Small Business installed on my (XP pro) machine... When I run "Microsoft Update" it tells me to install a service pack for Office 2007 and Office 2003.

I wouldn't have much issue with it, but the 2003 service pack is +100mb. It will take a half hour to download and install, that on top of the +600mb download for 2007's sp1. I've never had Office 2003 on my PC.

Do I really need to install the 2003 service pack, or can I just ignore it?

Looks like it's a... Yes, you need to install the 2003 Service Pack. Apparently Office 2003 Web Components can be or is apart of Office 2007, and 2003 Web Components has an update in the Office 2003 Service packs.
