Excuse my ignorance, how do i copy a DVD!?

I have Cyberlink power producer and NTI CD-DVD Maker 7.

i tried using NTI, I copied the disc to my hd and then inserted disc and tried to copy, but could not manage it.

can anyone help me through a copy? Has anyone got experience with either of these software products?

Copying DVDs is not quite as straightforward as copying CDs but it is easy once you know how.
If you have a DVD reader and separate DVD writer you can copy "on the fly" but a better way is to copy to your hard drive then write a new DVD.
You say you can copy to your hard drive ok so that's the first step.
Next, open your disc writing program and be sure to select DVD (as it will also write CDs)
When you select DVD there will be a choice of type, either at the start or in the second step.
Be sure to choose the same type of DVD as the one you copied.
i.e. DVD-ROM, DVD-Video, UDF-ISO,etc.
Then add the files from your copy into your "write" or "burn" window and click burn.
