Hi All

DAK the following please

1) Can I back up all my contacts files folders calendar ect from Outlook 2000 to a cd or other storage ? and how do I do it.

2) I'm getting a lap top soon which I 'm pretty sure will have later edition of Outlook on it...will I be able to transfer all the data from either the storage or directly from my old pc and how do I do it ?
