    Publisher 4 Per Page

I am using Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Office 2000 Professional and it will not let me print 4 smaller copies of a page onto one sheet. It allows me to set the “Pages Per Sheet” to 4 and even the little picture shows 4 copies on a page. But when I print all that happens is that one smaller page in the top left quadrant is printed leaving all of the other three quadrants empty. I’ve tried this on multiple computers and with different printers and no luck.

Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?

    Thanks,
    LB

Are you going to File > Print, then selecting your printer and clicking Properties? If so, then you're using the printer driver options for your particular printer, rather than any options specific only to Microsoft Publisher.

If this is the case, you should be able to create a 4-page test document in Microsoft Word and try exactly the same method of printing. If that also does not come out how you wanted it to, then your issue is not to do with Microsoft software but it's actually a printer driver question.

If it's a printer driver issue, try downloading the latest version from the printer manufacturer's web site to see if that helps.
