We want to upgrade to a paperless office. Any ideas on the best "scanner" and software package?

A client of mine is doing the same thing. They are a pensions company that has been running for years and years - an industry that has forms, documents and letters in abundance. They needed a fast sheet-feed scanner and chose the Fujitsu Scansnap S200. Not only is it unbelievably fast when compared to a traditional flatbed scanner but it also scans both sides at once! They liked it so much that, when they wanted a second scanner, they had no hesitation in buying another one of the same. It comes with its own document management software too.
