Hello, I am currently using Pinnacle Studio 10.8.
My problem is that the video effects in the software doesn't work.
I mean that when I try to preview a video effects it doesn't appear (even the free one).
All of the effects are grayed out. (the words)
I would gladly like for you to help me.

I have fixed this error as it's come back, but afterlike two months or so I can't even open Pinnacle Studio.
