I have a problem with my auto-protect on my Norton 360 anti-virus software. When I first start up my computer everything works fine, then after a while it will change and say that my auto-protect is off. When I attempt to turn it back on it won't turn on. I went to symantic's website and tried to troubleshoot the problem and it didn't work. I'm very much at a loss here and have no idea what needs to be done, any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could have some sort of nasty that is disabling Norton's protection. Read the stickies at the top of the Spyware, Adware and Hijack This Logs forum and follow through the instructions for removing nasties and posting a Hijack This Log. Describe your problem to somebody along with a log and they will let you know if you have anything that could be disabling Autoprotect.
