    Horizontal Lines in Excel

    Hi there

Is there a way to print an Excel spreadsheet with just horizontal gridlines and no vertical grid lines?

I can have horizontal lines but I must also have vertical ones as well and I don't want the vertical ones.

I know I can do it if I select every other row and then choose the Top and Bottom border option but I have 15,000 rows in my spreadsheet!

Has anyone any ideas how to do this please?

    regards

    Brian

You need to highlight all the rows together then go to format/cells/border and click where the arrows show in the pic below. This will just do the horizontal lines.

    Hi there

15,000 rows - Yes it is rather large..!

Actually my brother runs a Karaoke business and it's his song list, he's been compiling it for almost a year and is now ready to print it out.

    regards
