Is it possible to darken the first word of all lines in a *.doc file

I'm guessing it's a very long document?

yeah it is a very lengthy document & pressing ctrl+B for each line is tiresome. Stop guessing, give me some tips yaar. Thanks in advance.

... and no, I don't You can vertically select text with your mouse by holding now the ALT key but unfortunately if all words are different lengths then you're scuppered
