Where is the "navigation pane" in the Windows Media Player?

Here is what the "help" section tells me.

2. Insert a blank CD-R or CD-RW disc into the CD burner. Or, insert a CD-RW disc that has files on it, and erase the contents of the disc by right-clicking the drive in the Navigation pane and then clicking Erase disc. (Erasing is required before you can burn to the disc again.)

It tells me what, but it doesn't tell me where!

I have a CD-RW disc that I want to erase to use again.

You should be able to right click the drive under my computer then Erase or Format.
