I hope this is the right place to post this question.

Does anyone know how to switch it off? Until recently, all my photos/images opened up in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. Now they're opening up in MOPM. I must have pressed something, but am not sure what.

i did the same thing a while back, but i recommend a piece of software called ifranview (something near that spelling), it can be downloaded from the web...

install that and in its options it gives you a list, so you can choose to open your pictures etc. with it, it is a good piece of software as it opens fast, and has many good editing tools aswell, if not it works great as a picture viewer

Open windows explorer, choose a pic, right click it, choose 'open with' and then select 'choose program'. When the window comes up navigate to windows picture and fax viewer, select it and tick the box that says always use this program. Click ok and they should all open with P & F viewer.

In the meantime, I've tried your suggestion, Tassie Devil, and it's solved the problem, so hopefully it won't happen again or, if it does, I'll know what to do.
