Moving already installed Program, drive to drive
Hi there. I have a program installed in drive (D:) but I would like it to be in drive (C:), is there a way to move it without removing then re-installing the program? Thanks for your help and reply.

Usually not as the program installs pieces in other sections of the drive. What you see in the program files is probably only half the files. The rest will be in the windows system files etc.
You can try making a copy of the program and pasting it to the new drive but be prepared for many errors if it will run at all. I assume you don't have the cd for the program?

Hey thanks for the reply. I do have install CD but I thought perhaps there was a shortcut. Thank you for the reply again. There are a few that i want to migrate to another drive but I didn't want to remove ALL and then install ALL. Thanks again for your advice.
