When I try to uninstall ArcSoft Video Impression 1.6 (which came with the computer) from Add/Remove Programs I get the following error message:

"RUNDLL

Error loading C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\INSTAL~1\engine\6\INTEL3~1\Ct or.dll

The specified module could not be found."

Can anyone help me? Or tell me how else to remove the program off the Programs list?

P.S. - The program isn't anywhere else, not in program files or on the start menu or anything.

There's a registry hack to edit the Add/Remove Programs list but we generally don't like to advise on how to edit the registry as it's so potentially dangerous, i.e. it might wreck your whole PC. Do you really, really need it removed from the list?!
