I use Microsoft Outlook and I have several Address Books, however, I only need one so I wish to amalgamate all that I have into one only address book and then delete the others.

Can someone out there please help me with a step by step method?

Open each address book, go to the File menu and choose the Export option. This will allow you to export all the entries into a CSV or similar file. Then, open the "master" address book, select Import from the File menu and import each of the files that you've just created out of the other address book entries
